10 And there are seven kings: (Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Media/Persia, Greece) five are fallen, and one is, (Rome) and the other is not yet come; (The Revived Roman Empire — The EU — Maybe the USA) and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. 11 And the beast (The Anti-Christ out of the EU?) that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. 12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, (Ten ‘World Leaders/Presidents’) which have received no kingdom as yet; (World maybe divided into 10 Zones during the End) but receive power as kings one hour (maybe a year) with the beast. (The Anti-Christ) 13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. (The Last World Leader – The Anti-Christ)
