RAPTURE OF THE BRIDE :: (Author Unknown) 

There are many different opinions regarding biblical eschatology (end-time events). This page deals with the “rapture”; a supernatural taking-up of Christians to be with the Lord before His wrath is poured out.

This page is to offer some information that does support a rapture before the tribulation period. As we all know, God uses symbolism very often in scripture to convey a spiritual meaning. We also know that God calls the church “The Bride” or “Bride of Christ” (Ephesians 5:22-33, 2 Corinthians 11:2-3, Jeremiah 2:1, Hosea 2:16). It is in this context that we look at the Jewish wedding customs of that day and analyze any likenesses with the church bride….In my Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself, that where I am, there ye may be also. (John 14:1-3) 

note from Victor :: the above Scripture in John 14:1-3 was among the last things Jesus said to his disciples/the apostles before his Crucifixion — He said the Words at The Last Supper (Passover Meal) — What is very notable, is in an Ancient Jewish Wedding, that may of been the last thing said to the Bride by The Bridegroom — something like this maybe: ‘I go to prepare a place for you, and when it is finished I will return for you.’ 

ANALOGY OF THE JEWISH WEDDING CUSTOM

The first major step in a Jewish marriage was Betrothal. This established the marriage covenant.

Jesus established an eternal covenant through His blood. His Holy Spirit is the “ring” (if you will) – sealing the bride with a guarantee that He will return for her. (Hebrews 13:20, Luke 22:20, *Ephesians 1:13)

The Jewish bridegroom took the initiative in marriage by leaving his father’s house and travelling to the home of the prospective bride.

So Jesus left His Father’s house in heaven and travelled to the earth; the home of His prospective Church (bride) [John 6:32-33; 51]. Jesus came to earth to obtain the church (bride) through the establishment of a covenant.

Earthquakes/Floods/Tornadoes/Hurricanes/Volcanoes/These 12 Countries in This Debt Table at 100% + Debt/Price of Gold/Iran – Nuclear Situation (Ezekiel 38/39)/Price of Fuel in The U.S.A. (now better: 12/13/14)/Abortion/The Palestinians trying to declare Statehood at the U.N. in Sept. 2011 — Which is one of the Reasons for Armageddon (Parting YHWH’s Land)/World Leader’s saying Peace & Safety — When they shall say Peace And Safety (Probably Daniel 9:27 – The Anti-Christ’s 7 Year End of The World Peace Deal) There will be sudden destruction — The Day of The Lord Will Begin.

One Has To Wonder, How Much Longer Can Things Stay ‘Normal?’ 

Jesus Said Thus :: Luke 19:41 And when he was come near, he beheld the city, (Jerusalem) and wept over it, 42 Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes. 43 For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side, 44 And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.

Matthew 16:1 The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven. 2 He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. 3 And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?

Jesus is saying, people should know, what’s what.

Paul even says in Thessalonians that Christians are not in Darkness as to The Day of The Lord/When They Shall Say Peace and Safety — See This Post :: 2012 Bible Prophecy Rapture Outlook – Jesus Return Could Really Be Near..

This verse in Daniel is a possibly, Right Now Ful-fillment of Bible Prophecy :: Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. — All I know is with the Internet, Knowledge is Totally Increased.

As In The Days of Noah Article — Note: Normal being in Italics = Noah’s Time, where violence or Wickedness may of been great in the earth, but there was no Reckoning until the Flood took place.
