The Marriage Supper of The Lamb
Read this about a Jewish Wedding from back in Bible Times I would think (from the Article) ::: Read this in your Mind Parallel To The Rapture :::
The bride not knowing when the bridegroom would come was to keep herself ready at all times.
In Matthew 25 Jesus gave the parable of the ten virgins who were called to a marriage supper. These virgins when they heard the Bridegroom was coming would go to meet him and light the way with their lamps.
The groom (Jesus), best man and other male escorts (The Angels) would leave the groom’s father’s house and conduct a torch light procession to the home of the bride.
The groom’s arrival would be preceded by a shout. This shout would forewarn the bride to be prepared for the coming of the groom.
Look at this about the Rapture with the Shout:
1 Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
