How To Live The Christian Life:

  • He who hears these words of mine (Jesus) and does them, I will liken unto a wise man who built his house upon a rock, but he who hears these words and does not act upon them, will be likened unto a foolish man who built his house on sand — and when the storm arrives (like death) great  was the fall of it (The Lake of Fire — ‘Hell’)
  • Possess your vessel (or other vessel) with holiness and honor, not lustful passion.
  • Crucify The Flesh with it’s Passions and Desires.
  • Do not indulge the lust of the Flesh or you will be a Child of Wrath.
  • Do not indulge the the lust of the Mind or you will be a Child of Wrath.
  • Do You not know that your body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit? Which is Holy. He who defiles the Temple, God will Destroy.
  • You have been bought with a price (The Blood of Jesus) Therefore Worship God with Your Body and Spirit which are God’s.
  • If one died then all died, that people should no longer live for themselves but for him who lived and died and lived again.
  • Abstain From Fleshly Lusts which war against the soul.
  • The Body is not for Immorality but for the Lord, and the Lord for the Body.
  • Christians are betrothed – legally married – to Jesus right now — Unfaithfulness with Virtue/Purity in thought/deed – is like Spiritual Adultery/Fornication
  • You will keep in perfect peace who’s mind is stayed on Thee – Keep your mind focused on the Lord, not on guys/girls.
  • Flee youthful lusts and pursue righteousness 
  • Do Not Behave the way you used to before you learned the truth.
  • Offer Your Body as a Living Sacrifice, which is your holy and reasonable service/act of worship.
  • If I regard iniquity in my heart the Lord will not hear my Prayer.
  • He who loves his life will lose it, who who hates his life in this world, will save/keep it for life eternal.
  • Do Not Touch The unclean thing, I will be your Father, and you will be my son
  • Do not present your members as tools of wickedness or instruments of unrighteousness
  • Unless a Grain of Wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains alone – but if it does die, it produces many grains
  • Do Not be a lover of pleasure more than a lover of God
  • If you Love me you will obey my Commands – Jesus
  • Love the Lord your God with all your Heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your Strength
  • The Seed that fell on the Rocky ground stands for those who hear the word of God, but the Pleasures, worries, cares, riches of this life, crowd in and choke the Word, and their fruit never ripens.
  • But the seed that fell on good ground stands for those who hear the word of God and retain it with a good and obedient heart and they persist until they bear fruit — some 30, 60, some 100 fold.
  • Romans 8:13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. 
  • Each one is drawn away and enticed by his own desire, and when the desire has conceived it leads to sin, and sin when it has been born, leads to death.
  • Blessed Is The man who endures temptation, when he has been tried, he will receive the Crown of Life, the Lord has promised to those who love Him
  • Three enemies a person has :: The World, The Flesh And The Devil 
  • All that is in the world is the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life, for such things as these the wrath of God cometh.
    • Galatians 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
      • Romans 6:21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death. 
        • Trouble ahead for everyone who keeps on sinning.
        • The Soul that sinneth it shall die
        • Fear God and Depart From Evil 
  • Romans 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 
  • Galatians 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 
    • Galatians 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. 
  • The things of the Spirit = The Bible, Jesus Words, Future Things: The Bema Seat, The Rapture, The Marriage of The Lamb, The Millennial Reign, The New Jerusalem, New Heaven, New Earth, Spiritual Glorified Body, The Marriage Supper of The Lamb, Eternity.
    • Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
  • I have been Crucified with Christ, It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives with-in me.
  • God’s Will for everyone is Moral Purity And to be conformed to the image of Jesus. (i.e. Holiness, Righteousness, Kindness)
  • He who does not deny himself and pick up his cross daily and follow me, is not Worthy of Me – Jesus
  • Narrow is the Path that leads to life, and few there are that find it – But Broad is the way and wide are the Gates that lead to Destruction, and many there are that enter in by it.
  • More souls wind up in Hell for sins of the Flesh than for any other sin.
  • The Marriage Bed is Undefiled, but Whoremongers and Adulterers God will Judge.
  • It’s Better To Marry Than to burn with Passion.
    • Marriage in the Christian life is good too — But staying single and following Jesus may be truer to Jesus Words/The Gospel or is.
  • If you sow to the Spirit you will reap Everlasting Life, If you sow to the Flesh you will reap corruption.
  • He who hears these Words of mine and does them, I will liken unto a wise man.
  • Deaden therefore your members in regards to fornication, uncleanness, for in such things as this, the Wrath of God cometh.
  • Bring Every Thought into Captivity unto the Obedience of Jesus.
  • If we suffer with Him we shall Reign/Be Exalted with Him.
  • Set your affections on things in Heaven, not on things on the earth.
  • If you’ve been raised with Christ, seek those things which are above
  • He who does not deny himself, pick up his cross daily and follow after me is not worthy of me.
  • Sow to the flesh will reap corruption, sow to the spirit will reap everlasting life
  • Carnal Mind enemy with God — Malice, etc…
  • The Mind on the Spirit is Life and peace — Good Fruit, Fruits of the Spirit :: Love, Joy, Peace, Kindness, Gentleness, Meekness, Goodness, Self-Control
  • Sanctification, Holiness — Conformed into  the Image of Jesus — God’s will is our Sanctification, to be made Holy.
  • Be a Fisher of Men
  • If we do sin, we have an advocate with the Father.

A Prayer: God Help me to bring my Soul and Spirit in to Harmony with the Scriptures, So that I will Have Victory when Eternity Arrives – That is my Heart’s Desire.

Exhortations:

  1. The Bible and all it contains has to be Your Heart’s Desire otherwise you will lose your soul.
  2. A Person Needs to Be This: An Overcomer – By Believing in Jesus and By Resisting Temptation – So That A Person will Inherit All The Glory Promised in The Book of Revelation and So That A Person will Hear These Words:

Well Done, Good and Faithful Servant, Enter into The Joy of Your Master.

Bema Seat = Good Deeds or Evil Deeds = We Choose Daily which ones we will do — Conduct/Behavior is what may constitute this:  For We Must All Appear Before the Judgment Seat of Christ, To Receive the Things done in the Body, whether they be Good or Bad.

Revelation: Behold I come quickly, And My Reward is with me to give to every man according to what his work shall be.
