Yahusha’s (Jesus) Return Will Be Like The Days of Noah And Lot

Luke 17:26 And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. 27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
In Relation to the picture and Today (Jesus said His Return would be like the Days of Noah) :: Study Note – Matthew 24:37 like the days of Noah. Jesus’ emphasis here is not so much on the extreme wickedness of Noah’s day (Ge 6:5), but on the people’s preoccupation with mundane matters of everyday life (“eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage” – v 38), when judgment fell suddenly.
They had received warnings, in the form of Noah’s preaching (2Pe 2:5) — and the ark itself, which was a testimony to the judgment that was to come. John MacArthur used a good word in a study note to describe the people in the verse above :: absorb. ::: “……..people were so absorbed in the things of this life that they were utterly unprepared when the time of judgment came.” MacArthur, John.
