Shalom ><> (Important note about Isaiah 17 — This Chapter is also tied to destruction in Israel, so Isaiah 17 – if future, happening before the 7 Year End or maybe even near the Beginning, may not make a lot of sense — being Israel will need to be pretty intact I would think for a Temple to be built, and for Israel to start to come around to choose Jesus as the Messiah — The Two Witnesses) ><> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Isaiah 17 could be a dual in nature Prophecy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

3\u00a0The fortress<\/span> (‘dominion’ maybe\/fortified city(s))\u00a0<\/span>also shall cease from Ephraim<\/span>, (Northern 10<\/span><\/strong>Tribes also known as Israel [722 B.C.])<\/span> and the kingdom from Damascus<\/span>, and the remnant of Syria: they shall be as the glory of the children of Israel, saith the LORD of hosts. The Prophecy may be dual in nature with the kingdom ceasing from Damascus in the future and in the past when Assyria destroyed Damascus in 732 B.C. — You would also have to pass pretty serious judgment upon Israel too in the future (v.9 Desolation). <\/span><\/strong>There could be desolation in Israel in the future though :: Luke 21:24 Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. Matthew 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet,…. 16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: 17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: 18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4\u00a0And in that day it shall come to pass, that the glory of Jacob shall be made thin, and the fatness of his flesh shall wax lean. <\/strong><\/p>\n

This could be when Israel fell under judgment from Assyria in 722 B.C. and\/or it could be future during Jacob’s Trouble. \u00a0 Zechariah 14:2\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

5\u00a0And it shall be as when the harvestman gathereth the corn, and reapeth the ears with his arm; and it shall be as he that gathereth ears in the valley of Rephaim.<\/strong><\/p>\n

6\u00a0Yet gleaning grapes shall be left in it, as the shaking of an olive tree, two or three berries in the top of the uppermost bough, four or five in the outmost fruitful branches thereof, saith the LORD God of Israel. If This is Future, There could be a Nuclear and Chemical Weapon Exchange with Israel\/Damascus.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This Chapter may make the most sense read in connection with Zechariah 12 to 14. (End Time)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Zechariah 13 says 2\/3 will be cut off from the Land of Israel and only 1\/3 Left.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Zechariah 14 says God will gather all Nations against Jerusalem to Battle (Armageddon) — the cities will be captured\/the houses plundered\/the women ravished\/half the city will be exiled.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

7\u00a0At that day shall a man look to his Maker, and his eyes shall have respect to the Holy One of Israel.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

10\u00a0Because thou hast forgotten the God of thy salvation, and hast not been mindful of the rock of thy strength, therefore shalt thou plant pleasant plants, and shalt set it with strange slips:\u00a011\u00a0In the day shalt thou make thy plant to grow, and in the morning shalt thou make thy seed to flourish: but the harvest shall be a heap\u00a0in the day of grief and of desperate sorrow.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Desolation and desperate sorrow because Israel has forgotten & not been mindful of The Lord. (could be: past\/future or dual) \u00a0In The future 1\/3 are going to turn to the Lord during the End – Zechariah \u00a013:8-9<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Next Verses Are Pretty Interesting:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Isaiah 17:12\u00a0Woe to the multitude\u00a0of many people, which make a noise like the noise of the seas; and to the rushing of nations, that make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ezekiel 38:9<\/span> (Gog – Leader of Russia, maybe Putin)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Psalm 83:2\u00a0<\/span>For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult:… 5\u00a0For they have consulted together with one consent:\u00a0they are confederate against thee:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Psalm 83:6<\/span>\u00a0The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes;\u00a07\u00a0Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre;\u00a08\u00a0Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen\u00a0the children of Lot. Selah<\/strong><\/p>\n

Isaiah 17:13\u00a0The nations shall rush like the rushing of many waters: but God shall rebuke them, and they shall flee far off, and shall be chased as the chaff of the mountains before the wind, and like a rolling thing before the whirlwind.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Psalm 83 Confederate\u00a0<\/span>:: (future?)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Psalm 83:12<\/span> Who said, Let us take to ourselves the houses of God in possession.\u00a013\u00a0O my God, make them like a wheel; as the stubble before the wind.\u00a014\u00a0As the fire burneth a wood, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire;\u00a015\u00a0So persecute them with thy tempest, and make them afraid with thy storm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ezekiel 39<\/span> ::<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ezekiel 39:1<\/span>\u00a0Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:\u00a02\u00a0And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel:\u00a03\u00a0And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand.\u00a04\u00a0Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort,\u00a0and to the beasts of the field to be devoured.\u00a05\u00a0Thou shalt fall upon the open\u00a0field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In Relation to Verses 12-13, the verses are pretty interesting., They could Be The Ezekiel 38\/39 Battle (many nations, God destroys 5\/6ths on the Mountains of Israel) — and could be when Isaiah 17:1 happens too and Possibly Even Psalm 83.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

However, It may be If Isaiah 17 happens again, it may happen near the Middle – Onward of The Tribulation, thus most likely ruling out Ezekiel 38\/39 – which probably happens near the beginning of the Trib. — Psalm 83 could maybe happen with Isaiah 17:1 — If Isaiah 17 happens again.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Psalm 83 may happen on it’s own, before\/during the Trib or Psalm 83 could of been ful-filled in the past too. 2Chronicles 2:1-30 ? (Psalm 83 could be dual in nature too)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Isaiah 17:14\u00a0And behold at eveningtide trouble; and before the morning he is not. This is the portion of them that spoil us, and the lot of them that rob us.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Damascus could be Nuked in one night in the future. But may of been destroyed in the past as well (dual Prophecy maybe) however the verse above may mean this:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It could be that Isaiah 17 is dual in Nature and Damascus will be destroyed in the future. \u00a0Middle of the 7 Year End onward, is when it may occur. \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
